Hone Your Favourite Projects, Build on Techniques

Block 4 is a continuation of Blocks 1, 2 & 3 - Do not purchase this product if you have not completed Block 1, 2 & 3.

In this 6-session block, you’ll learn new sewing techniques while completing 1 project of your choice: The Donny Shirt by Friday Pattern Co., The Woven or Knit Polo Shirt by Wardrobe by Me, The Orbit Bag by Helen's Closet, The Making Backpack by Noodlehead, and a customizable Half Square Triangle Quilt Project.

This block introduces more intermediate skills in an encouraging environment, while you finally get to focus on the sewing project types that interest you most: garments, bags/accessories, or quilts. And since you only work on one project, you can keep enrolling in Block 4 and do a new project every time!

Included with your course fee:

  • 6 instructor-led drop-in sessions (2 hours each)

  • 15% off supplies

  • Personalized progress folder to track your learning

  • Access to 3–4 session times per week to fit your schedule

  • Use of equipment and tools available at the studio (including sewing machines)
  • A supportive, creative sewing community

How it works:

  1. Purchase Block 4
Add the Adult Learn to Sew – Block 4 program to your cart.

  2. Pick Your Project

When you register for Block 4, you'll be emailed a form to choose your project and become familiar with the materials you'll need. This way we'll be prepared to help you with your project right at your first class.

  3. Schedule Your Sessions
Once you’ve checked out, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your Adult Learn-to-Sew - Block 4 dates (you have 6 available to book) - These are the same sessions as what you booked in Block 1 & 2.

  4. Attend Your First Scheduled Block 4 Class
During your first class we will pick up where we left off in Block 3! We have your progress folder and we will be prepared to get you started on your next project or finish up your project from Block 3.
