Refund policy

All fabric sales are final, once fabric has been cut we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Unopened merchandise can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

Returning online purchases:

We can accept returns on items that were purchased online as long as the items fulfill the conditions above. Once we receive the item to be returned we will issued a store credit to you via email. Items can be brought to us in the store or shipped to us at the consumers expense. Please reach out to us by email at info@mainfabric.com if you would like to ship your return back to us, we can help you with the process. 

Returning an item by mail:

Pack up the item with care (if item arrives damaged we will not be able to issue a credit). Place the packing slip with the items circled that you would like to return.
