Winter Break Sewing Camp (2 options) - Ages 7-14
Looking for a creative way to spend winter break? Join us for three mornings of sewing, creativity, and holiday fun!
We welcome all sewing skill levels, from beginners who have just completed our Kids & Teens Sewing Prerequisite Class to more experienced young sewers who have joined us for weekly classes or previous camps. Each themed camp features a selection of projects designed for different experience levels, allowing every camper to continue learning new skills while creating handmade projects they'll be proud to take home.
It's the perfect way to enjoy a creative break from school, build confidence behind the sewing machine, and spend time with other young makers in our welcoming and inclusive studio.
We have 2 Winter Camp options to choose from, each has a different theme.
🎄 Holiday Makers Camp
December 21–23 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Celebrate the season by sewing handmade holiday projects you'll be excited to use, decorate with, or give as gifts. Campers will choose from a collection of festive projects designed for different skill levels, making this camp perfect for all levels of sewer.
Projects may include holiday décor, stockings, festive accessories, handmade gifts, and other seasonal favourites.
☁️ Stuffie Sewing Camp
December 29–31 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
The holidays may be over, but the fun isn't! Spend three creative mornings sewing your very own Squishmallow-inspired plush and other cozy projects. Campers will learn new construction techniques while bringing their creations to life with soft fabrics and lots of personality.
Perfect for kids who love plushies, creativity, and spending the last few days of winter break making something they'll treasure long after the holidays.

Is Winter Sewing Camp for Beginners?
Winter Sewing Camp is for all levels of sewists. However, anyone attending camp must have completed our prerequisite course prior to attending camp. We are offering many prerequisite course dates before winter camp - Sign up here. Add both winter camp and the prerequisite course to your cart and use code PREREQ25 to receive $25 off.
FAQ and Toolkit Notes:
Students are required to have their own sewing toolkit, including a sharp pair of fabric shears. We’ve curated a high-quality Kids Sewing Toolkit that’s available for purchase at a discounted price with the purchase of the little stitchers workshop. Deposit:
If purchasing prior to Nov 2nd you can choose to pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot - the deposit is transferable (we can apply your credit to a different course) prior to the second payment on Nov 16th. After the second payment is made - the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable and your second payment is subject to our normal workshop policy and cancellation rules.
- Please note: after Nov 2nd, deposits are not accepted and full payment will be required.
