The Sewing Lab is for sewists who have the fundamentals down and are ready to keep building their skills. If you’ve completed our Adult Learn-to-Sew Program (Block 1 or more) and have successfully made a garment, this is your space to grow, experiment, and finish projects you’re excited about.
Bring your own project and work at your own pace with an experienced instructor on hand to answer questions, troubleshoot, and help you take your sewing to the next level. With multiple sessions every week—including evenings and weekends—you can fit sewing lab into even the busiest schedule. Come when it works for you, skip when life gets hectic, and pick up right where you left off.
We run a minimum of 2 session per week, each 2.5 hours long with a maximum of 6 participants, so you’ll always get plenty of guidance and studio time. This program is best for those who already feel confident with a sewing machine, can read a pattern, and are working on projects that match their experience level.
Not sure if you’re ready for The Lab? Check out our FAQ Page to see if The Sewing Lab is the right fit for you.
