Mothers Day Event - Block Printing & Sewing Workshop

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a creative experience! In this special workshop designed for moms and friends, you'll learn the art of block carving and printing to create your own custom fabric design. We will sew your printed fabric into a set of beautiful linen napkins—perfect for adding a handmade touch to your home.

No experience? No problem. We’ll guide you through each step, and all materials are provided. Enjoy a relaxed and cozy atmosphere with coffee, tea, pastries, and snacks as you create something meaningful together.

Class Dates
Sunday May 11th (Mother's Day) 9:30am - 1:00pm

This workshop includes:

• Coffee/Tea, Refreshments, and Pastries
• All materials and equipment necessary to carve your own designs on a beautiful 100% Linen fabric
• 3.5 hours with an instructor 
• Student handout to take home

Please note: This workshop is best suited for ages 14 and up due to the use of sharp carving tools. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so it may not be appropriate for younger children.

Don't forget to add your workshop dates to your calendar as soon as you have registered. About a week prior to your workshop you will receive an email outlining further details of the workshop including what you will learn, what you need to bring, and our cancellation policy. The email will also include our class waiver that will need to be signed online prior to attending the workshop.

At the studio we allow water and light snacks around the cutting table and sewing machines, other types of drinks and larger snacks can be enjoyed in our store sitting area. Cell phones, devices are great learning tools, you are welcome to bring and use them.

Full payment of the workshop is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Participants must be 14 years of age or older to participate on their own in the workshop unless otherwise stated. Participants between the ages of 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver. Participants between the ages 8 - 13 years of age can participate in the workshop as long as a paying adult participating as well. 

Cancellation policy 

• Full Refund: Available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date.
• 50% Refund or Transfer: For cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the workshop, you have the option of receiving a 50% refund or transferring your spot to the next available workshop. If there is no complimentary workshop you will receive a 50% refund. 
• No Refund/Transfer: Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop date will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

DEBUT workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Workshop spots are transferable, if you are unable to make your workshop, send a friend! Call or text us to let us know of the switch.
